Descripción del producto
The Silicone Grease is an amorphous fumed silica-thickened, methyldiphenyl polysiloxane based compound. It has a wide operating temperature range. The product retains its superior lubricity, and dielectric character in temperature extremes from as low as -57° C to as high as 200° C. It also has good oxidation resistance at higher temperature. It is an excellent dielectric compound with good moisture barrier and corrosion resistance properties. The material has an outstanding water repellent property and also acts as a good dielectric compound. The toxicity level of the compound is minimal, hence it won't cause adverse health effects. The lubrication consistency of the grease is good as are its penetration properties. Its excellent adherence makes it stick well on the surface. It gives flash over protection for electrical insulators. The silicone compound possesses an excellent shelf life from the date of manufacture when stored in the original unopened container or below 100° F. The lack of pressure additives and absence of unsaturation gives better hydrolytic stability, thus it avoids further decomposition of the lubricant.
