Las ruedas delanteras están diseñadas y fabricadas con técnicas de alta precisión y forman parte del sistema de ultrasonido cardiovascular 2D, que es un sistema de imagen digital por ultrasonido. Las ruedas delanteras se pueden bloquear en direcciones fijas. Tienen una capacidad de soportar una carga nominal de 35 kg, mientras que las cargas máximas pueden ser de 150 kg. El freno puede accionarse mediante una palanca y la fuerza máxima de la palanca que se puede aplicar es 80N. Se fija a la unidad del distribuidor mediante una llave hexagonal, aplicando un torque de 130 NM. Está provisto de amortiguadores para evitar choques para un mejor desempeño y es una parte esencial para la seguridad de los productos. Las superficies están pulidas, mecanizadas o erosionadas en lugares particulares para un buen agarre y frenado. El acabado mecánico se realiza para evitar arañazos y muescas. El material de la rueda está provisto de alta resistencia al desgaste y a la corrosión para un mejor desempeño y para aumentar la confiabilidad. La alta dureza del material puede soportar la capacidad de carga estática y dinámica. Los materiales utilizados para las ruedas son livianos y se vuelven más compactos, lo que no afecta la resistencia integral. Los rodamientos provistos en la rueda proporcionan más resistencia a la fatiga, lo que garantiza menos fricción.
