The Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw has a head diameter equal to 1-1/2 body diameter in sizes 1/4 and over with class 2A or class 3A coarse or fine threads. The hexagon socket cap screw is a type of cap screw which has a cylindrical head and internal wrenching features like hexagonal drive hole. It is typically known as a type of threaded fastener. The most important reason for choosing the socket head cap screws in the industry are safety, reliability and economy. It is used for the application with limited space. Socket head cap screw is made up of stainless steel. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys which contains a minimum of 10.5% nickel-chromium.
