Product Overview
The Mattress Tray comes as a part of the bed assembly in a basic infant incubator. The Infant Incubators are the devices with a heating source intended to maintain the thermal balance of an infant patient by providing a heater beneath the bed circulate warm air through the closed patient compartment. The patient can be accessed through portholes or bed panels. The heat is focused onto the bed to warm the neonates who are unable to thermoregulate based on their own physiology. They may be used to facilitate the neonate’s transition to the external environment or to provide a controlled open environment. The Tray is used to hold the mattress on the bed manifold. It is used to keep the mattress in a locked and flat position. It is resistant to the chemicals and corrosive environments and hence, is highly efficient in the medical applications. It is 100% tested prior to packaging, by placing a 5 Lb weight in the center of the bed support area.
